What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is paying attention to what is happening in the present moment with kindness and non-judgement towards oneself and others.
Mindfulness is a mindset and a practice that one can cultivate to increase feelings of peace, acceptance, worthiness and appreciation for life.
Mindfulness aligns sublimely with any religious faith and has the potential to increase one's connectedness to their spiritual tradition.
Mindfulness practices can be adopted by people of all ages and include conscious breathing, meditation, movement, listening, seeing and eating.
